To use CareFlow, you must provide accurate information including your phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

4. SMS Messaging Terms

By using CareFlow, you consent to receive SMS messages related to care coordination at the phone number you provide.

• Message frequency varies based on care circle activity
• Message and data rates may apply
• Text STOP to opt out at any time
• Text HELP for assistance

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use CareFlow only for legitimate family care coordination purposes. You will not:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Send spam or unsolicited messages
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Interfere with the operation of the service

6. Care Circle Membership

When you invite others to your care circle, you represent that you have their consent. All care circle members can view care-related information shared within the circle.

7. Subscription and Payment

CareFlow offers free trials and paid subscription plans. Subscription fees are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time.

8. Disclaimer of Medical Advice

CareFlow is a coordination tool only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult healthcare professionals for medical decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

CareFlow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including missed medications, appointments, or care tasks.
